Recent changes to g0-controls-manual.ps

The only major changes are for the motion controls sections in 
chapters 2 and 4. The manual now contains a much more comprehensive
description of the motion controls.

Changes to the rest of the manual concerns mostly grammer or are of a
cosmetical nature.
