Updating note of Analysis How-to

Modified HowTo to include a histogram/ntuple dictionary in the appendix.

Change log 10/27/2002 (jianglai):
1. Separated the document into two parts, one for the realtime and online
analysis that should be performed by the shift worker, and the other part
for offline analysis for the analysis person on shift. 

2. Some minor changes related to the updated g0analysis.
